John is a former Chief Technical Officer of an accomplished Telecom Infrastructure Company in Nigeria, John’s passion is to build a solid foundation for a Telecom Network and has been the primary mover of various Telecom Networks from Optical Transport Networks (OTN), Fixed and Mobile Networks. John carries a solid 25 years of diversified telecom experience. Prior to working in Africa John was the Project Director of an Internet Service Provider in Manila and a Senior Telecom Engineer for one of the Largest Telecom Operators in Manila, Bayan Telecom Holdings from 1992.

John has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from New Era University, a diploma in Accounting from University of Life in Manila and diploma in Advance Military Science Degree from Philippine Defense College in Manila.
